DO YOU HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, all sales are final due to the amount of time, effort, and attention to detail put into production. B Unkaged will stay in touch throughout the duration of commission to ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
The turn around time will depend on the size of the rug and the amount of colors needed for the design. Normally, commissions are completed within 2-3 business days, but could take up to one week.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders will be mailed and processed the next business day after completion. Shipping can take anywhere from 4-5+ business days depending on the location, and a tracking number will be provided to track the progress.
WHAT SIZE FRAMES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
Currently, I have a 2' x 2', 3.5' x 3.5', and a 5' x 5' frame; however, I can make larger or specialized frames as needed depending on the project.
